1. Who we are

PoopGoMaster is a gut-health logging app that helps you scan, track, and optionally share bowel-related health insights. This website is a marketing site for the App.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• Account information — such as a display name, sign-in identifiers, and profile settings you choose to provide.
• Health logs — Bristol type, color, stench level, timestamps, notes, streaks, achievements, and related tracking data you create.
• Photos you choose to capture or attach — for AI analysis and optional sharing features (for example gifts). Scan analysis is designed to run on-device when possible; photos you send to others are shared only as you choose.
• Social / competition data — groups, rankings, gifts, reactions, and similar features you opt into.
• Purchase / subscription status — managed through Apple; we receive entitlement status, not your full payment card details.
• Technical data — device type, app version, language, crash diagnostics, and basic usage events needed to operate and improve the App.
• Website data — this marketing site may use basic logs (for example IP address and pages visited) from your hosting provider. The live worldwide counter reads a public aggregate count from our backend.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide core features (logging, streaks, insights, social features, Pro entitlements).
• Operate AI scan and roast features you request.
• Sync and back up your data across devices when signed in.
• Show aggregate, non-identifying stats (such as the global log counter).
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality.
• Respond to support requests you send us.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. AI and photos

Camera-based scan features analyze images to estimate Bristol scale, color, and related cues, and may generate tips or humorous “roasts.” We design on-device processing where feasible so raw scan images are not sent to our servers solely for analysis.

If you use features that share content with other users (such as gifts), those recipients can see what you send. Do not share anything you are not comfortable disclosing.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal health data. We may share information only:

• With other users — when you explicitly use social or sharing features.
• With service providers — infrastructure partners (for example cloud hosting/database) that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
• With Apple — for Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchases / subscriptions.
• For legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• In a business transfer — if we merge, sell, or reorganize, with notice where required.

6. Data storage and security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Keep your device and Apple ID credentials protected.

7. Retention

We retain account and log data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may delete logs or request account deletion (see below). Aggregate counters may remain after individual records are removed.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. In the App, you can typically manage or delete logs and adjust sharing settings. To request account deletion or exercise other rights, email us at the address below.

9. Children’s privacy

PoopGoMaster is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Health disclaimer

PoopGoMaster provides informational and entertainment features only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns.

11. International users

If you use the App from outside the region where our systems operate, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
